1. General information

This website, kneevacare.com, and the store hosted on it are operated under the trade name Kneeva, based in Valencia (Spain), contact email kneevasupport@gmail.com. By browsing the site and placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Products and prices

We try to make product descriptions, images and specifications accurate, but small variations may occur. Prices are shown in euros (or in the currency of the selected market) and include applicable taxes. Shipping is shown as free before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one in effect when you place your order.

3. Orders

After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. The purchase contract is formed with that confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order in justified cases (obvious pricing error, lack of stock, suspected fraud or inability to ship to the destination), refunding any amount charged.

4. Payment methods

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (credit/debit card and PayPal, among others). Payment is processed securely through the corresponding providers.

Our products are general-purpose and sports compression and support items. They are not a medical device and do not replace the diagnosis, treatment or advice of a medical professional. Consult a healthcare professional if you have an injury or a medical condition, or doubts about whether the product is suitable for you. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the order and we are not liable for indirect damage arising from improper use of the product.

The contents of the site (text, images, logos, design) are protected and may not be reproduced or used without authorization.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
