At Kneeva ("we", "us") we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit or buy at kneevacare.com, how we use it and what rights you have over it.

1. Data controller

Kneeva (trade name). Location: Valencia, Spain. Contact email: kneevasupport@gmail.com. You may request our full postal address by email.

2. What data we collect

  • Data you provide: first and last name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number and any information needed to process your order.
  • Payment data: processed directly by our payment providers (Shopify Payments and/or PayPal). We do not store your full card number.
  • Order data: products purchased, amounts, order history and customer-service communications.
  • Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. Why we use your data and legal basis

  • Processing and delivering your orders and handling returns — legal basis: performance of the contract.
  • Customer service — performance of the contract and legitimate interest.
  • Legal obligations (invoicing, accounting, tax, consumer law) — compliance with a legal obligation.
  • Fraud prevention and store security — legitimate interest.
  • Sending marketing communications about products and offers — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share your data with

We only share data with providers that deliver services to us and act as data processors:

  • Shopify Inc., our store platform provider.
  • Order-fulfilment and logistics providers and shipping carriers, to deliver your product.
  • Payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal) to process payment.
  • Email and web-analytics providers.

Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We do not sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as you have a relationship with us and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (for example, commercial and tax rules require business records to be kept for several years). Data processed on the basis of your consent is kept until you withdraw it.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to kneevasupport@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. You may also withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe we have not handled your request properly.

7. Cookies

We use our own and third-party cookies to run the store, remember your preferences and measure use of the site. You can manage or reject non-essential cookies from the banner shown on entry and from your browser settings.

8. Minors

The store is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
