Shipping destinations

We ship to Spain, to the countries of the European Union and to a selection of international countries, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us and we will confirm whether we can ship to you.

Shipping costs

Shipping is FREE on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Processing and delivery times

• Order processing: 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Transit: normally between 7 and 15 business days once shipped, depending on the destination.

These times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods (sales, Black Friday, the holiday season), because of carrier incidents or force majeure.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. If you do not receive it within a reasonable time, contact us at kneevasupport@gmail.com.

Customs, duties and taxes

Shipments to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, fees or taxes set by the destination country. Any such amounts are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of the product or shipping.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Please check your shipping details carefully before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, we will contact you to resend it; a second shipment may incur a cost.

Orders not delivered

If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your parcel, let us know within 7 days so we can open a claim with the carrier.
